How could we not Believe

Damp earth rich in fertile soil

I am pregnant with potential

Dew drops slide down your branches rich with salty soma

Eyes close as I sip in a deep inhale of calmness exhaling relaxation

warm breeze dances on my tan skin

moist air curls my hair

I feel you in and out

So beautiful how could we not believe

We stand up for our mother clinching our hands together so tight

this circle shall not be unbroken

One day harmony will come and we will all feel that breeze on our skin and curl in our hair and feel at home

Dont ever give up

Where the path will take you

The nights are long and dark as the new moon throws her black velvet cape over me

I dig deep to the root

Finding compassion for myself in the darkness of these rooms

Feeling grateful for the alone time to explore

This is not for the fearful or timid

What you may find is not to your liking

This journey cant always be an easy ride

The key is to  release these patterns we hold so deep and dark

For when we release the darkness new light can shine through

Dont you see it is all good its only our mind that tells us different

I will tell you this, if your journey takes you into those dark forbidden woods

Know that if armed with love and compassion you will come out safe on the other

Round and round

This circle we have drawn in our mind

We blindly follow its path

not realizing it leads us to the same spot we started

This is not the journey I wish to take

That circle that I have drawn is what restricts me to reaching you

why must I make the circular track deeper

The Devil reminds me that I must break these chains that bind me

Then the empress will arise as my midwife and allow the birth of new ideas and thoughts to come flowing about

I see that light when im in a dark tunnel and always know that tunnel is only a lesson and that my journey is to always reach the light at the end.


Life is a lesson

She bleeds

Lets take off our masks and shed our layers of armor

Lets stop taking chemicals to hide our truth

Wipe off your make up and burn your bra

slip into something more comfortable

what are we hiding from?

I bleed because im a woman and how beautiful is that

what if we spent time together in a tent when the moon is becoming new

Something our sisters have done before us

Lets be free to feel

Free to know who we are and to do things for our inner self

Why must we listen to these false words we have been conditioned to think are true

Lets make a stand and come back to us

Come back to the source

Come back to the earth

We are women and we are strong

I breathe for you

Dear quiet breathe that flows freely through this flesh

you began slow and weary 

your heat was burning  deep within my roots 

with age and wonder of the light you grew 

your luster began to sparkle as illusion began to fade away

turning into a woman I learn how to deepen you and use you to connect to the highest light 

As I deeply inhale I take in your sweet nectar, when I exhale I let go of of what binds me 

closing my eyes I sink deeper within and visualize a form of you 

seconds feel like hours until i let go and forget time 

Just to feel you for a moment brings me that much closer to a  release 

Shhhhh theres no need for words let the silence do the talking 

A mothers touch

I stand here alone in the garden breathing in the sweet perfume of the earth 

What a familiar and comforting smell 

She wraps her arms around me as I close my eyes 

My feet sink deep into the soil and I feel grounded yet weightless 

The leaves dance back and forth and I as well begin the move  

The birds sing me a song, a song about how it used to be 

A song of long ago when the mother was not being harmed and life lived in harmony working together as one

For that moment in time I didnt feel the weight of the world.

I felt the beauty and warm comforting touch of a mother 

I knew in that moment I was being watched over and I took a deep breathe with a child like grin 

She speaks in colors

She's  as wild and free as the ocean and as deep as its depths

Her eyes are warm and brown but can gaze at you like a fierce lion

Like a wolf she holds on to her pack yet keeps a quiet mystery about her

Her hands drenched in stones each one holding a story of her travels

Light clothing floats off her tanned skin, as the wind flirts with the loose fabric

Bare feet move in the sand burrowing in the warm sensation of the pebbles

Her eyes catch his from across the way and time stands still the kinda still when seconds feel like hours

She smiles because she knows she is right where she is supposed to be

I am a miracle

I am a miracle made up of particles

living and breathing in this ocean of love

I give thanks  I give thanks

So magical we are yet we dont know the powers we hold within

Sitting in lotus on this earth I feel the heart beat underneath my chest in unison with the the beat underneath me

I give thanks I give thanks

I sing shanti shanti shanti to the higher vibrations and bring my hands to my hearts center and bow my head

I give thanks to the sea for she teaches me of the tides and the ebb and flow of life

Things come things go and we still carry on

I give thanks to the tree's for they teach me to be strong and grounded in who I am

I give thanks to the birds for they sings songs of connection and love

I give thanks to the animals for they remind us of how we use to be

This life brings light we just need to open our eyes to see it

Hello all! I have been peaceful mind creations for about 4 years now and thought with the new year arising its time to renew and cleanse.  I have changed my company name to Native. I have have brain stormed on this for some time and this was what kept popping up in my mind.  I am only going to be creating leather goods and dream catchers. Creative thoughts drift by like clouds

Here I sit with me
Who's me?
Oh yes you, but wait........
We came from the same light and breath
So why is there a me and you?
Yes that's what I said
Our light shines brighter than these vessels we sail the sea of time in
Our souls are who we are not our ship
There's more than just what's on deck
Let's get deep
Yes deep, where we truly reside
Where all is right and loving and free
One day I will set you free
But first this vessel must sail many more seas
Not looking for a treasure for I know where it lies
But to live every moment in its beauty and to savor its sweet necter of the present in this tornado of time.

This must be home

Today was one of those days where you feel free and weightless and time does not constrict your day.  When the sun nourishes every cell in your body.  The taste of the salt air never tasted so sweet. No thoughts in your head except for the occasional thought of going back in the water.  This is what it is like to live in the moment.  If only this feeling could last but it drifts away and another day appears within what seems like seconds.  Is time spinning faster? Maybe so, but if this is true we must enjoy every sweet moment that presents itself.  Embrace it like a loved one and know once it leaves it will return again soon.  Cheers to the be here now. 

Dear yoga

You are more than asana
You are more than a hot body and cool yoga pants
You are my life and connection to the universe
You have taught me to love and believe in me
I have learned to breathe slowly and take my time
You are always there for me and let me know I'm never alone
You helped me when I was in a place of confusion
And showed me a path I will never stray from
You showed me life and growth and connection to all living things
You have helped me remember things I have forgotten lifetimes ago
I thank you from the bottom of my heart
I am always connected to you and inhale your guidance

rainbows in her eyes

She was a rainbow
Her chakras radiated there magnificence
She arched her back opening up her love filled heart
She always appeared after a storm showing what can come out of the darkness
She danced in the clouds looking over the world
She showed her true colors to the world and was proud of them
She was a rainbow and she was beautiful


Last night I had the one of the most beautiful dreams I have ever had. I was standing on a grassy knoll looking over the sea.  A rainbow appeared over the horizon with the most vivid colors I have ever seen.  The lights coming off it were so bright and colorful you almost needed sunglasses. Then something brilliant happened a beam of light came down and pierced the rainbow.  Making the rainbow start to take shape into sacred geometry.  I was the only person that saw it. Im am thankful for my dreams and the magic that can happen in them. 

Always a student

Sitting on my mat drenched in sweat, salty tears of passion from within began to well up.  Its these moments when you truly feel yoga.  It happens when you least expect it and oh what beauty it is when the light reveals itself.  After a 2 week long trip to an Island paradise slacking with my daily practice I found myself challenged.  There is so much practice to be done on and off the mat.  Today that realization slapped me in the face! It feels good to be challenged and to push through and come out on the other side with a smile on your face.  Remembering to not let the ego mind take over I felt at ease with my flow.  Today I feel my inner guidance speak and I hear her call.  My heart knows the answers to and i will follow it down the right path. 

Today I ask the mystery world for guidance to keep going when times get tough.

No need for searching

When I look within there is no fear
there is no doubt or thoughts of what others think
there is no regrets or looking to the future for answers
there is this moment right now!
This being within us all is our answer
This soul that is the same soul that is within all beings is the knower
Cant you see you dont have to search for anything
Its already there

Lets go home

Lets get back to that place

that place where we once were free

that place we were before we were born

that place that we were taught to forget

 A place free of politics and punishing free of government

where the only government was the shining light of your spirit

that spirit which is connected to every living thing

lets get back to that place where the earth is our home and we treat the trees animals and plants as our brothers and sisters

that place where our grandmothers are the willow trees and the bears and wolves are our family

Sit down with me on this solid ground and lets join hands together like we use to

Remember those days?

It takes time and love to remember

it takes selfless actions and detachment from the things we cling to

In the end those things that are just matter just dont matter

We realize the truth and the truth is where we came from

Lets believe lets care lets STOP....... in silence and break down the barriers that are keeping us from reaching reaching.

Lets go home. 


Feeling that calling from that place.  That place beyond time.  I hear that call and know all is the way it should be.  Sit down quietly and im sure you will here that same call. Because my call is the same as yours. Were all one.

but far far in the distance there is a shimmering light

A light like no other, so pure and sacred

I must reach this light

We are beautiful

When working in a retail clothing store you pretty much see it all.  Something I have noticed lately is the way women think of their bodies.  I know the feeling of thinking im too fat or my butt is big or I need to loose weight.  I have been there and to be honest thinking like that is not going to help you feel any better.  We are all beautiful and are unique in our size and shape.  Embrace it!!! Its sad to see how women are changing in this world today.  Lets get back to our roots sisters!!!! We can do it I know we can.  Lets feel good about our bodies and celebrate our goddess within.

I know who I am and I can do anything
I dance to the rhythms of my heart and my prana flows like the tides
The sun and the moon are my family and guide me through the day
The wind helps me remember things I have forgotten
The flowers tell me that everything is a cycle
