Acai please!

Acai bowls are one of my favorite meals.  I dont know if its because its so tasty and refreshing or because it reminds me of the many times I ate them in Hawaii.  Acai is a energy berry and it is a great substitute for coffee.  Its a much better and healthier way to get goin during the day.  Its very simple to make and will not take alot of time out of a busy schedule. 

    1 1/2 packs acai (buy it in the frozen section of health food store)
    1 cup mixed berries (I use frozen raspberries, blueberries)
    1/4 cup apple juice
    1/4 cup soy milk (add small amounts to this if there's not enough liquid)
    1 banana 
    3-4 sliced strawberries
    1 cup vanilla almond granola (optional)
