Trusting is beautiful

Being able to trust someone fully is quite a beautiful thing.  Telling a certain person all your secrets and thoughts in life is a hard thing to do but not when you have pure comfort and trust.  My sweetest friend Jaryn is that friend.  With her I can have full trust and I can be myself.  Were different flowers but we have been blooming at the same time lately.  We have been living and breathing Acro yoga  and it has been more than wonderful.  Laughing parties, goddess readings, Oms and love we have a blast.  I have never done an activity where it is based on total trust.  Acro yoga is all trust and that's what us beautiful yogini's have for each other.  So I just want to thank her for being the strong amazing woman  she is. Om mani padme hum you are the jewel of the lotus.

A new start

Lets just say my mind this past month has been as cluttered as my home.  Sometimes the smallest things make you want to break down and cry.  Life has its ups and downs and its a constant roller coaster ride.  One day is the best day of your life and the next your crying cause 5 girls sat wayyyyy to close to your beach blanket. Weird I know.  You have to just understand that the good and the bad things in life happen for a reason.   This world is too beautiful to just  sit inside and pout and be a sad schmuck.  Get off your butt wipe off the tears and experience everything this wonderful place we live in has too offer!  We are all butterfly's with a different pattern on our wings so why not stretch them out sit next to some flowers and breathe in the fresh air. Fly beauties fly!!!

Its energy baby

Lately I have been reading a book called the Celestine Prophecy.  My best friend let me borrow it and lets say she had a intuition to give it to me cause I could not have gotten it at a better time.  I know the typical saying "this book has changed my life" but it really has or shall I say it has changed my way of thinking and am more in tuned with the universe :)  Its a book all should read.  Here is some food for thought I found that really made me think. 

Each time we fill up with energy and a coincidence occurs to lead us forward in our lives, we institute this level of energy in ourselves, and so we can exist at a higher vibration and raise it even higher.  This is how we as humans continue evolution.

The problem in life isn't receiving answers.  The problem is in identifying your current questions.  Once you get the question right, the answers always come. 

Remember to stop as often as necessary to re connect your energy.  Stay full, stay in a state of love.  Remember once you achieve this state of love, nothing nor anyone can pull more energy from you than you can replace.

Thoughts  or daydreams guide us.
